Student Assistant - Ethics, health and technologies

For the start date of August 1^st, the Institute of History and Ethics in Medicine of TUM is seeking a student assistant in the field of ethics, health and technologies (6 hours per week). Specifically, we are seeking a student interested in assisting us with managing the Munich Embedded Ethics and Social Science Hub (MESH). Candidates should have a strong interest in AI and other health related technologies and ethics, as well as good English skills. The position offers flexible working hours and mobile working options.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a general understanding of AI, machine learning and digital health technologies, as well as a genuine interest in the social, scientific and ethical aspects of these technologies. Previous experience of literature searches and group meeting management, as well as strong communication skills, would be an advantage.

Your tasks

As an assistant to the MESH manager, your tasks will include:

1. Ongoing literature research & presentation,
2. Help in preparing and run monthly meetings,
3. Ongoing documentation of MESH-Activities (incluniding meetings)
4. Other general management tasks.
